MSIAC expertise in warhead technologies covers all types of conventional (non-nuclear) warhead types including their safety, arming and functioning systems with a focus on safety and improved threat response (IM) throughout their lifecycle.

• Manufacturing, quality assurance and testing of warheads and safety, arming and functioning devices
• Vulnerability analysis and active/passive IM mitigation technologies as applied to state-of-the-art warheads.
• Shock and thermal initiation physics
• Mechanical / electro-mechanical / electronic safety, arming and functioning devices as well as their application in complex munitions (i.e. Loitering Munitions)
• System safety and remote controlled arming
