O-155 MSIAC Safety Assessment Software (SASO)

This paper will describe a new version of Safety Assessment Software (SASO), a web based application, designed to help users identify and implement munition safety standards. Its purpose is to help the user navigate through the myriad of munition safety standards produced by national and international organisations (STANAGs, APs, MIL-STDs, DEF-STANs, GAM-EG 13, etc.). SASO also serves as an up-to-date repository for munitions safety-related documents giving direct access to electronic versions.
