L-138 Implementation of New Stimulus and Model in TEMPER v2.0

TEMPER is distributed in both a user version as an executable and in an open-source version to add new models or modify existing ones. This opportunity to have multiple TEMPER developers was taken into account early on in the code structure. New objects can be easily linked to TEMPER as patches and there is no need to make important changes in the TEMPER core. Implementation procedures have been simplified and only require basic skills in programming language.

The objective of this document is to provide guidelines for developers to implement a stimulus or a model in TEMPER v2.0.
